These terms govern your use of the Bene app and this website, provided by Edenvant, LLC (“Edenvant,” “we,” or “us”). By using Bene, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Bene.

Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, and tell us about unauthorized use. You must meet the minimum age required where you live and be able to accept these terms, with a parent or guardian’s permission where required.

Using Bene

Use Bene for its intended purpose and in line with the law. Do not misuse other people’s accounts, upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, interfere with the service, or try to bypass its access controls.

Subscriptions

Any subscription in Bene is optional, renews automatically, and is sold through Apple. Prices, billing periods, and any trial are shown before you buy. You can cancel in your iPhone’s Settings at least 24 hours before the period ends and keep access until then. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your content and our materials

You keep your rights in the content you add. You allow us to host and process it only as needed to provide Bene and as described in our Privacy Policy. Edenvant and its licensors keep all rights in the app, design, and brand.

Changes, suspension, and ending use

We may update features or these terms, with notice where required. We may restrict access when reasonably needed to address a breach of these terms, a security risk, or a legal obligation. You can stop using Bene and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

We work to make Bene useful and reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent the law allows, Bene is provided as available, and our liability is limited. Nothing here limits rights you have under laws that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
